I have been ordering Wink Desserts consistently for 4 years. I absolutely love their products. I have had nothing but exceptional customer service as well. I can’t say enough good things about these desserts and the company.

This is the perfect product for me. I can eat a pint in one sitting totally guilt free and without unwanted dairy side effects. I actually like the texture of the product and eat it straight from the freezer. I also follow their instagram and use a lot of their recipes for low calorie and dairy free desserts. I would recommend Wink to anyone looking for a guilt free dessert or anyone with a dairy allergy like me.

I bought 3 pints of Wink after seeing ads for it on Facebook. A local health food store carries it, and I purchased 2 cocoa dough and one cinnamon bun. I went home, eager to try it, and popped one open. Before I get into how the flavor/texture were, I have to say... I've been doing low Carb/keto for years. I'm accustomed to a certain level of differences in flavor and texture with products geared for that diet. This, however, was completely inedible. Initially I thought I just had a freezer burnt one, or one that was expired. It has a texture of Italian ice or sorbet, NOT ice cream. The flavor was bland, with a strong after taste of chemical/fake sweetener. Cinnamon bun had a hint of cinnamon, but was overpowered by the chemical taste then the after taste. I threw all the pints away, having only tasted them. Waste of money. I reached out to the Wink Frozen Desserts company to provide feedback. I posted on one of their ads that I was dissatisfied with the product. Soon after, not only was my comment not addressed, but it was removed, and I had been blocked from commenting. I could still see their ads and other people's comments, but couldn't comment anymore. Needless to say, I am surprised by the manner in which they've opted to do business. Their goal seems to be to sell in bulk online, get a major sale, then just block any naysayers. I'll never give them my business again.
