The quality of the window construction…
The quality of the window construction seemed fine. The grills on the inside were not installed level. 3/8” from one side to the other. I had no choice but to install it because I had demoed the old window. I was contacted by the manufacturer. They were very helpful and offer to send a new sash. Right out of the gate!! I’m going to send a photo and they are going to send a new sash. I wish more companies stood behind their products this way.

Tom, Thanks so much for the 5 Star review! As far as the grids go on that one sash we'll send you a new replacement sash straight to your home. When you get the new sash just pop the old one out and put the new one in. It'll be a 10 second fix. We want to make sure that the grids line up exactly from sash to sash. If there's one that's even a tiny bit off let us know and we'll get a new sash to you ASAP. It's extremely rare that this happens but if it does just know that your Double Lifetime Warranty covers it completely. Have a great week and thanks so much for the continued business!
