They do not honor their cancellation policy. Their policy states that if I cancel within 24 hours, they will give me a full refund. I cancelled within 1 1/2 hours and they refuse to cancel the order and give me a full refund. At best, they would give me 50%. Do not order from this company. I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney General in California and Alaska, where they have 'satellite' offices.

Cute photo in the catalog. Reasonable price. 12" length with bangs. Something akin to an Elvira wig came in the mail today. The "bangs" on this wig are 18 long. It isn't remotely wearable out of the box unless it's Halloween. I have asked for a refund. As others have posted, it's difficult. But I'll give it a try.

Alot of these wig places I found out scam people. I will not order from this place. they also are changing names when they get to many complaints.. Seriously whey scam someone. Are you that hard up. I would rather sell nice stuff and have repeating customers then what you are doing. I am also calling the better business bureau.

They sent me absolute trash and won't refund, despite clear pictures of how terrible the wigs I received are. I've been corresponding for WEEKS and they refuse to refund. They keep trying to charge me more, and won't just resolve the issue.

DON'T GIVE UP ON GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!!! The excellence reviews above would be from their work mates. read everyones my reviews previous. I fought tooth and nail. I would rather have seen the money go to charity than have this scam of a company (lol) keep my money AND ALLOWED TO CONTINUE scamming others.! I'll let you read somewhere below what WIGSIS put me thru. They hope people give up. DON''T. After 15 emails and refusal to give refund I did go to paypal. They replied after a few weeks that my review for refund was denied. So I sent them photos ect, a second time, and I explained how I couldn't believe that Paypal haven't looked up the BAD reviews sites for WIGSIS, on all the UNHAPPY customers. All saying the same. POOR QUALITY, ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STYLE/ DIFFERENT COLOUR/ BAD WORKMANSHIP etc etc. They should have this company removed. Well I'm HAPPY to say, Paypal reviewed it a second time as I wasn't giving up and accepted they would follow thru. Also PAYPAL have a policy anything you buy thru Paypal they give you $45 refund on the return postage. After Paypal made contact with the WIGSIS, Paypal sent me all the details, including Wigsis address for the return. On the postage return, I made sure there was a signiture at other end on delivery, plus supplied with a tracking no, so I followed it thru to China. I took photos of both sides of the parcel and sent them to Paypal as proof. The wig cost me $53 to post. Paypal refunded the $45 for the postage. Plus I received my money in full this week from WIGSIS. GO FOR IT GIRLS, DON'T LET THEM WIN, Fight for your refund. Hopefully close this place, Please all write to PAYPAL and get this company removed. Cheers

I cannot believe that this company is still out here scamming people. They got me about two years ago for a couple of hundred. This was a case where it was truly too good to be true. There was a wig from a reputable company I had been eyeing for over a year. But I could not justify spending $1500. I saw the exact same wig on wigsis for 198. I was so excited because I really wanted that wig. I could not believe what arrived 2 months after ordering. I just couldn’t believe it. I immediately knew I was duped because nobody would call that garbage a wig. It was worse than a rats nest! I then (a little too late) went online to look at reviews and saw thousands upon thousands of people who got duped. What they do is copy fabulous pictures from reputable wig companies and put the pictures on their website. I disputed the charge with PayPal and American Express. I sent pictures of the rats nest and everything. Neither would return my money. I chocked it up to a lesson learned. The thing that burns my butt the most is that PayPal is allowing this company to continue to do this. I was so angry I almost started a class action suit against PayPal because it is clear from all the negative reviews that this is a scam company. But then I just got tired and gave up. There are also some great reviews on this website. Now I question the legitimacy of this websiteTrust me people this is not a legit company. This is some little old guy over in China making millions of dollars on us. I know it is China because when I did the research I found it would cost me $95 to send it back. I threw it in the trash. That was two years ago! I cannot believe they are still being allowed to do this! PayPal is highly at fault for allowing this to happen. I since have stopped dealing with them and American Express.

This company does not earn even one star. The wig that was delivered was nothing like the website. When I complained they offered me $5 and I could keep the wig. I said I want to return it and want my money back $120.00. They will not send me the return address and keep giving me the run around. I really feel like this is a scam and they do not honor their own. Return Policy. I reported them to the better business bureau! Next, I'm going to my bank to report a scam on my card. Do Not Order anything from Wigsis. You will be sorry!!!

This website is unbelievable they advertise monofilament top wigs human hair all the great stuff that you want in one of your wigs. When you get it and you open the box that's how you are excited and you find out that it is a cheap looking capless wig that you can buy at your on the corner wig shop it is such a letdown. I will not recommend this website to purchase from because they have totally lied to me I feel like I have been totally scammed. I have emailed them over and over asking for their address to send this wig back and all I get is one email back a day saying I'm sorry you're disappointed I never have gotten this resolved.
