Very nice hair and it arrived quickly!

Experienced trouble with returning my items. They were experiencing computer problems so I couldn’t print return labels. Hand labeled my return items, dropped off at UPS and felt I should insure the package as I spent over $700.00. To insure the packages was near $50.00. So in short, the return process is not smooth.

It was fast and easy , and seeing the color samples was extremely helpful
