It is a very nice wig, good color, fits well and a reasonable price. This is the first time I have ordered from Wigs.com and it was easy to order and came pretty fast. I will definitely order from here again.

Was initially hesitant to purchase a high end wig online. However, the process was professional and smooth. The look on her face when she opened Cascade by Ellen Wille said it all so I ordered a 2nd one. This wig is of high quality and undetectable even by a perfectionist ...Thanks for making our girl smile again.

I have received excellent customer service. With my first time ordering, I had to exchange a couple of things, and they were so understanding and expedient, and when I found the right style for me, very thrilled, it has made all the difference in the world and how I feel when I walk out the door to face the world. Hair loss can be very devastating, and when we fix ourselves up it can make us feel unfinished. I feel like a new woman wth my toppers and wigs! I use the toppers for athletic activities, and wigs for everything else. They look great!

We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the piece you received. The products we send out are factory fresh from the manufacturer. However, if you feel there is an issue and the item is in original condition you can return it and we would be happy to inspect. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can or have helped resolved the issue.

I absolutely love the concept of this piece... A little skimpy in my opinion and clip to hold it in is brown.. On silver/gray hair it should be clear...Would purchase a double sized extension with a clear clip in a heartbeat... That said I am wearing mine a lot... Have others that are more substantial so they get worn more often even though they are more curly than I like... still looking for the perfect piece

I impersonate Bret Michaels of Poison. When I needed to get my wig for the show, the first place I go to is Wigs.com
