Hairs standing up all over...
I am a little dissatisfied that this wig has so many hairs standing up all over. I guess I will need to spend time plucking them out. A bit disappointed as I did pay a lot for this wig.

From time to time wig hairs may be standing up all you need to do is apply a little flex hold to a comb and comb it through to assist in laying those hairs down we will have a customer service representative reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours to go over this process with you further. I love this wig. It fits beautifully and the style is so manageable…just run your fingers through it and you are good to go. Also, the color is great. Sorry, don’t recall name of wig or color…but it’s in your records. I’m going to buy another one next month. FYI: I own approximately 45 wigs and this one is my new favorite. Thanks!

The wig doesn’t fit well and the front…
The wig doesn’t fit well and the front is too full and doesn’t sit flat at all. I find it very difficult to part.

I did get Refund
2 stars because I was actually surprised I didn’t have to chase’em down. I got my Refund. But given the wigs I received, I shouldn’t have had to pay for their prepaid label. I made certain to use it for Tracking. So, they DID give me my Refund. The 2 wigs I chos; My mistake may have been choosing the same color, Melted Marshmallow. Shown SLIGHTLY ombré a mid dark root, a slightly lighter brown to the temple then an ash blonde to light cool at tips. It was their ONLY ASH option? They had 3 funky color options?? What I was sent 3” of DARK Espresso. 3-4” of Toffee Brown the rest bleached white to tips. Not only was it a horrible Ombré each color too drastic to look ombré? But it looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown on line. I even looked on their App to be very sure before ordering. Buying a Wig on line, one has to trust the Retailer goes above and beyond to show the Buyer an accurate representation of WHAT THEY WILL received. Each wig in every color should be shown on a stand, at every angle. And then shown on a model in video, no childish Tik Tok wanna be. An average model, wearing each color, in video bust up, 360. Obviously updated at least annually. And if your Operations in Indonesia starts making Stripey clown like wigs, how?? Don’t you have managers there? Aren’t they walking the line, seeing what’s being made. First sign of clown wig. Operations should stop, but don’t push that crud on us!! Fix it or show the clown wig on line! You won’t sell any, that’s why. You have no idea what you will get when you order from wigs.com. And you will have to pay $11 to return. They won’t accept any responsibility, in fact I was never able to speak to anyone. But I did get refund. So 2 star. 0 Star for the wigs! I cannot recommend them unless you have time and money to waste. Blessings!

Never Again
The wig I tried on was way too small and the right side much smaller then the left. It looked childish. The price was a lot more than I planed. I figured I shopped enough for months so I decided to take this one. It looked ok. But I was wrong.
