The company’s service is great. I chose to return my wig only because the color was not good for me. But I received the wig promptly and was able to return it with ease. I have purchased several wigs from this company and have been very pleased with the products and the service.

I can’t believe how long it took you to deliver my wig. So instead of looking forward to trying my wig and enjoying it, I became irritated and frustrated when my wig took over 1 month to reach me. In these days of immediacy, I have had items delivered from the US within a week yet you took over a month. Not impressed.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™· May 7, 2025
We understand your frustration with the delivery time of your wig. We strive to provide timely delivery, and we apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are committed to improving our delivery processes to ensure a more seamless experience for all our customers.

I needed a wig with light density. I talked with one of your reps and decided on a style, the Leoni. When it arrived, it was much too dense for me. The color was what I wanted, but it was just too full.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™· May 7, 2025
We understand your disappointment that the Leoni wig's density didn't match your expectations. We strive to provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback
