The unit came quickly! I also had to reach out to customer service and I must say they were very professional, kind, and tentative! I love the quality of the hair and the service. I will be ordering again and highly recommend!

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. Our wigs are made from 100% human hair and are carefully inspected before shipping, so shedding like this is very uncommon. We always remind our customers to keep the wig moisturized to avoid dryness and breakage. We already reached out to offer a solution and partial refund as a goodwill gesture. We truly value every customer and hope to improve your experience with us.

I love wigfever wig. Truthfully at first , i was doubting the quality of the wig but when I bought the first Bob 10 inches with them and got nice compliments on it especially from my hubby, no turning back. I just made a purchase of my 4th wig now. A fringe 14inches. Their hair quality - superb, their delivery- super fast, customer service 10/10. 👏

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order. Upon receiving the wig, I noticed that it was too large for my head, so I promptly initiated a return request. However, I was later informed that a “tiny hole” was found in the unit and that this disqualifies it from being returned. I would like to emphasize that I only tried the unit on once to assess the fit. I did not apply any product, heat, or alterations of any kind. The small hole identified appears to be a manufacturing defect, not damage caused by use. Additionally, I found it concerning that there is no readily available return address listed, which makes the return process unnecessarily difficult and gives the impression that returns are being intentionally discouraged. Given these circumstances, I am kindly requesting that you honor the return and issue a refund or exchange, as the product arrived defective through no fault of my own. -------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for your reply. Kindly advise how I proceed with the return process as mentioned.

I love this hair, it’s soft, doesn’t have an odor, the lace is HD, and the wig is full. I would definitely recommend and I purchased 26” inch deep wave. And very affordable!

I like this wig because it comes pre-cut, pre-bleached, and it’s also glueless, super easy to put on. The hair looks very natural, it’s super soft, and although there is some shedding, it’s minimal compared to any other wig I’ve had. I truly love it. I own several wigs, but this one is definitely my favorite.
