Best Printer repair in Texas! Great people and great customer service! Only printer repair company I will use! Thank you wide image solutions for taking care of my printer needs! You guys are awesome

The fact that they respond immediately to a customers issue and offer a good overnight shipping charge.

I was a little skeptical when ordering because the website had some issues and I could not find a lot of reviews about purchasing the large format printers. Everything went very smooth. The equipment came in very fast and worked wonderfully. One screw came loose and got lost in delivery, they immediately got it replaced and helped me get it put in.

Great customer service and always a phone call away, also FAST SHIPPING. My HP Latex 115 was down and they had all the parts in stock!

Diagnosis was spot on
