I reached out to salesman for services on 9/10/20. the sales man was able give me nothing but false information. Nothing that I asked for was possible but yet he said it was. the sales man will say anything just to make a sale. when I text him with issues he claimed he looked in to the matter and come to fine out he did nothing. I will not recommend this company. Shame on him.

I had a great experience with Charles Warmack, He was very helpful in explaining to me the different Pos Systems and which one would work best for me.

So as a business owner I get many cold calls and most I blow off. Well, Charles didn't give up over a week or 2 periods it was Charles calling, and after a few short conversations, He mentioned a GrubHub style online ordering which sounded interesting because I was seeing a lot of bad reviews about the amount that Grubhub charges me for processing. Yes in those conversations he also intrigued me with free processing for Credit Cards WHAT! figured that was a come-on bologna. So Ok can't talk now call me on my cell on Monday. Which he did but 8:30 am to early for me so I called him back. Just to hear him out because he was so nice and persistent. Well, its a payoff for me My husband & I listened to all the information as well as conferencing with my IT Guy It's Not too good to be true. I believed him and have signed up with WMD as well as putting in a more up to date POS system with Poynt. Welcome to the new technology generation.
