Just tried to place an order and it took the money out of my account but it stated it was error processing my card... hoping I can talk with someone tomorrow to see what’s going on.

Inefficient on processing the order. Too many steps required for one transaction. Missing information on the website, required several follow up phone calls to process one simple order.

WB has the items that I wanted at a reasonable price. Fed EX lost part of my order and WB handled the lost claim with Fed Ex and within a week sent me the missing parts of my order. As far as the slingshots go it serves it’s purpose. It’s just a slingshot, as in any product there is always room for improvement. I personally like it and plan on ordering more.
