From the beginning to the end the experience is just as any homeowner would expect -Excellent! Carpet was not properly installed by a Lowes contractor and had multiple ripples in multiple rooms. Furniture was moved as part of estimate and carpet stretched to look new again. Very professional company that provided an excellent service!!

From the minute we walked into the showroom we were welcomed and felt like we were showered with just the right balance of space and time to think and guidance and knowledgeable help. Emily has been a lifesaver in every single thing we have needed to make our new home ours. Our floors are beautiful, impeccably installed and above all else every person we worked with has been professional, kind and purely a pleasure. I would recommend Whitt to anyone.

Prompt professional service with a good price point. Customer oriented company that finds the right product for your needs. Very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of the many different choices in the carpet world. Color, wear, comfort, durability were all factors we needed to consider. These were all sorted out for us and we choice our carpet accordingly. Highly recommend this company for their service and products.
