Very easy to buy and set up.

I went to order replacement devices after spending some time with customer service to determine that my current ones have suffered a permanent malfunction. The customer service rep gave me a discount coupon code, but the system refused to accept the code as valid. In the end I was able to make the purchase by getting back on the phone with customer service and having them find a code that worked. Overall satisfied with Whistle, but hope they make the purchase process smoother.

I have whistle for one of my pets and am purchasing another for my other. Wish there was a discount price for repeat buyers!

The Whistle 3 is technology in progress. I live in a 1-2 bar AT&T zone so often can not pick up my dog. While the "fitbit" function is cute I bought it to track my dog in the event that s/he escapes from my property. My dog is pretty fast and for the Whistle to be truly useful it needs to zoom into a every 10 sec locator. As it is now it often takes well over 5" to locate my dog. My second frustration is that the attachment device and charger are both very fragile: 2 chargers broke within 3 months of ownership. The attachment device shattered when I removed it to place it on a new collar.

I still don't know where/ how to pay for the subscription. There should be 24/7 customer support.

Works well. Nice to be able to buy new snp collar that broke.

Easy and understandable. I had an earlier version of Whistle and would never again be without it.
