Good service!

Needed to replace my older Whistle. Looking forward to getting the new one soon.

Amazing. I have been using them from the very start. They have gotten better. Hard to imagine what they will add next. My dogs never ever go with out them. I know where they are every second. I also have one more way to follow nuances in their health.

Awesome product- recommended by breeder who took time to show the app and Whistle GO product in action. Very excited and clearly a terrific product and value!

Sales rep. was helpful with the order for the Whistle GO Explore and with instructions (via email) as to how to switch the new GO unit to my existing Whistle 3 subscription.

I selected something that was out of stock to purchase, but it was not evident on the product description, just wouldn’t upload to cart. Displaying in stock/out of stock on the product itself would be really helpful.

Long time customer, sent email for assistance on a whistle 3 device that battery had failed. They requested images of the device, which were sent, but no confirmation or response. Had to use case number to then again reach out for a status and was initially advised by COB, not acceptable..only to be told the replacement to original one was out of warranty.....Then an offer to upgrade as the 3 was no longer available....go figure obviously issues with the device. Seems like a lot of money for the product and should not be a year and toss in the trash business!!
