I can always count on whistle whenever my pet is lost!

Very happy with the whistle and customer service.

I wasn’t able to determine which products I should buy to fit my existing Whistle 3 Tracker. Site is fine for a new purchase but annoying in its lack of clarity for current owners and the failure to include an obvious question in the FAQ or in the chat support.

I called today to upgrade my existing Whistle 3 to the newer model with longer battery life. The representative I spoke to was extremely helpful. Whenever I have had to call Whistle I am always impressed by the agent’s knowledge and politeness.

My Whistle 3 finally died. The Whistle associate helped me order a new Whistle Go Explore with a significantly extended battery life. The associate also adjusted the duration of my subscription to make up for the time that my Whistle 3 was not working. I love the Go Explore. The battery does stay charged much longer and I like the new LED feature that allows me to find my pet in the dark.

I am a tad disappointed in the lag time of notifications and movements of fur baby. Seems like a 5-6 minute lag. Four legged athletes travel very far very quickly. Which is not giving me the confidence I was wanting. I just purchased and will give it some time. If it does not work any more responsive I will be returning my whistle go

Shopping for Whistle is easy. Customer phone service leaves a lot to be desired.

In regards to the accessories, collar and clips and stuff, I was a little confused.
