Poor WFG agent service
I was looking into life insurance when a WFG agent contacted me and asked me several questions about my needs. However, instead of listening to what I actually needed, she pushed me toward the most expensive option. I clearly told her that I didn’t need it, but she continued to pressure me to make the sale. It honestly felt like her priority was the commission she would earn rather than understanding and respecting the client’s needs. That’s extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, very poor service. Then, after I declined, her leader followed up with me as well. At that point, I was honestly exhausted with the whole experience. This is exactly why I believe a good insurance agent should listen first, understand the client’s needs, and recommend what is truly suitable—not simply push the most expensive product to close a sale.
