Shena walker was such a nice lady. Very easy to understand, walk me through the whole process without getting frustrated. It’s nice to have people like her representing wex. May we always have a shena when talking to a Custumer service representative.

Run run run ! Horrible customer service, no one is answering the phones . Send my funding few days ago and none is contacting me or funding my money !

I have been working with Jamie Buzachero and Wex since 2010. It is good to know that you factoring company has your back at all times whether it is thru fuel discounts or advances from the reserve , they have always been a great help. We need more of Jamie in our line of business . Thumbs up.
