This company was easy to deal with and they communicated very well. The item was delivered on the day that said it would be.

Will Jordan in container sales was very helpful and patient. This purchase was done from Michigan and delivery was in Louisiana. There were a good bit of logistical moving parts to contend with, but Will helped us through it.

Western Container Sales was great to work with directly, but the contracted delivery service was terrible. The drivers were very unfriendly and uncooperative, did not follow the planned delivery routine, and ruined my prepared surface in their haste. I would strongly suggest to anyone using Western Container to source their own transportation.

Western Container and Sales was very responsive and helpful with every step of my purchase requiring 2 new specialty matching Conex boxes to be placed near new construction. The delivery was prompt and professional. The boxes were placed as directed and my Credit Card was not charged until the delivery day. Every representative I worked with was helpful and thanks to the notes that Jenny left for delivery everything went smoothly and according to schedule.
