Excellent customer service!

Great artwork, great quality, great experience!

Customer service always got back in a timely manner. The portrait was awesome!

There were a couple of glitches, communication was't well. I wrote two messages and never heard back from either one.

Received product in time & was exactly what I wanted!

West & Willow did an excellent job with our pups portrait! We got to see a preview and make tweaks as needed. They are very accommodating in ensuring it was simply perfect! I appreciate how helpful the team was and provided outstanding customer service. Will order again for sure.

My first blanket arrived, and was completely off on the color scheme, the support team was very responsive and assured me a new one would be here within a few days. I did have to reach out about a week and a half later to find out an update, but I’ve just received notification that my new blanket is on the way.

West and Willow has EXCELLENT customer service! I ordered a two pet portrait for my brother and sister-in-law for Christmas, and when I first got it in the mail, I wasn’t in love. There were two things I wanted to be changed to make their two dogs look more realistic. West and Willow listened to my critiques, went back to the drawing board, and gave me exactly what I had envisioned when I originally placed my order and sent me a new portrait! I would definitely recommend West and Willow for your custom pet portraits; you won’t regret it!
