I was not givin an opportunity to add a discount in the checkout and had to pay full price

Received my picture yesterday and I adore it! I've already recommended this company to several people.

My experience with your company has been horrible! It may have been the holiday season, but that is when you need to up your game. A gift that was ordered and promised before Christmas was not received. Communication is by far the most important part of a business. After trying to contact SEVERAL different times and in SEVERAL different ways, no communication was ever received until I explained my frustration and the only response was "it will be forwarded to customer service in 3 days." Well three days came and went and still NO communication. The only other response I received was that my product was delivered. (A week and a half after Christmas). Not communicating with your customers in my book means a "not trustable business" You have no problem charging my account immediately after the purchase was made yet you can not respond to emails/texts when enquiring about my order. Shame on you. The recipient of that gift left with nothing. I couldn't even say if it was coming. I will not be recommending your company to anyone! Thank you

Got the 18x24 of our dog Dixie for my girlfriends birthday and it looks great! Just like the picture I sent in. Looks great hung up in our apartment as well.

The artwork was really cool. I was surprised how well it captured my dog's personality. I wanted something to hang in the house as a tribute to her. I had a couple issues that were promptly taken care of by customer service, so no complaints from me. I just ordered a second print for my other dog that passed away 10 years ago. I like being able to have the digital download that I will use to make smaller prints for my kids who miss their dogs.

Picture was okay.. I thought for 100.00 + it would be better. Mouth of the dog does not look good at all.

End product was great. Loved the artwork. However, coffee mug arrived chipped and picture was not correctly formatted. Ultimately they were replaced at no cost, but it took a while.

I had to go through two rounds of revisions with W&W to get the art to look like my pet (they were extra busy during the holidays and I think the quality of their art suffered a bit during that time) but they were more than willing to work with me until they got it right. We LOVE the final product!
