I need to speak to someone, my picture came and it’s smudged with black all over it and so wrinkly and messed up. I’m not pleased at all.

Underwhelmed. The images were really tiny and didn't capture the essence of the photos. I got better "drawings" using ChatGPT. Very overpriced.

Hello DDK, We’re sorry to hear the portraits didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback about the image size and overall value is important to us, and we’ll be sharing it with our team as we continue working to improve our products and experience.

The picture of my boys is great. I didn't get a proof like the website said I would. The reason that is so disappointing is because one of the names is misspelled. If there was a proof I could have caught it. Otherwise I think it is super cool and having lost our boys this summer it will be a very loved piece.

Hello Ashley, We’re glad the portrait is a meaningful piece for you. At this time, we do not have an option to send proofs prior to production, as noted in our FAQ. We understand how helpful that can be and appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.

The picture I received came in a cracked and chipped frame. For $74 I expected better quality.

Hello Tiffany, I’m glad to see this has already been sorted by our team, but if there’s anything else you need, we’re always here to help. Thank you for trusting us to make it right ❤️

I ordered a pet portrait as a gift for a pet that passed away and meant so much to them. I was nervous since I wouldn't be able to see it before it shipped to them. But it turned out so beautiful. You are in good hands if you are thinking to do the same. My friend loves the portrait.

Hello RS, We’re honored you trusted us with such a meaningful gift. We’re so glad the portrait turned out beautifully and brought comfort to your friend. Thank you for sharing your experience and kind words. 💛🐾

We have bought dog pictures from you before and the quality of the images are definitely not as good. My one dog is actually the complete wrong colour and the detail of the other is far less quality than previous purchases
