I absolutely LOVE my portrait. I recently lost my dog so making sure the picture came out perfect was very important to me. I didn’t like how the first picture turned out but I talked through exactly what I wanted, down to every last detail and sent them some additional photos to make sure they could capture her featured well. And the second time around…I couldn’t be happier!!! The service was great and now I have such a chic and perfect portrait to remember my best friend forever.

I don’t love it, while it does resemble our puppy, it just looks like an AI generated image. On Instagram I saw portraits of other dogs that looked more realistic which is what lead me to place an order, I wish I got to see a preview before the print was delivered because I would’ve cancelled the order..
Response from West & Willow· Apr 19, 2026
Hello Britanny, I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent order. We completely understand how important it is to get your order in perfect condition and I’m really sorry we missed the mark on this! We just sent an email to make things right. ❤️ Looking forward to your reply!

I am very happy with the portrait and iPhone case I purchased from you. The artist captured the details beautifully of my puppy from the photos I sent to you. Thank you. I have recommended you to friends that also have pets.

I loved the replica of the pets but the fact that I was not able to communicate with the company regarding the order was stressful. I think there should be a way of reviewing the final product before it is shipped.
Response from West & Willow· Mar 31, 2026
Hello Maria, Thank you for your feedback—we’re so glad you loved the portraits 💛 We’re sorry the communication felt stressful and appreciate your suggestion about previewing the final product. It’s something we’re actively working to improve 🐾
