I spent a lot of money. I wish they looked more like my dog.

I would have given 5 stars, but they made my boxer smaller than the 2 French bulldogs. I sent 3 pictures and it was obvious the size difference and they made the frenchies bigger than the boxer.

Good quality and they nailed the picture of my dog from the beginning. The colour was quite a bit darker than my dog but they quickly rectified it and issued me a new picture free of charge. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend!

West and willow did an amazing job on a portrait of my friends dog who had recently passed away. I wanted to get them something to remember him always. I was able to communicate with the statist and he captured their dog perfectly. I am more than satisfied with my purchase! Thank you West and willow!

I bought a framed picture of my friend’s dog from West & Willow over two years ago. My friend loved it at the time, I knew she had really wanted something like this for a long time. It was wonderful and I was satisfied with West & Willows service! Flash forward— years later on 26DEC2024 Chloe died, and my friend lost her beloved pup. On 11JAN2025 Julie’s house burned down in the Altadena fires. She lost everything, including the picture of Chloe. I reached out to the West & Willow team and explained the situation, how I was short on money, and what money I did have went to Julie’s Go Fund Me. I asked if they would consider replacing the picture of Chloe. They did, without question. They re/sent the previous order (to Julie’s new temporary address), and I didn’t even need to provide them the previous order number. The replacement photo arrived on the same day that Julie picked up Chloe’s ashes. I know it meant the world to her to have Chloe and the picture of Chloe back. Very impressed by the West and Willow client services support, quick responses, and prompt order fulfillment. What an incredible company!!

Excellent result, you captured my dog perfectly!

I ordered a portrait of a dog for my in-laws, as they lost their best friend last summer after 14 long years, and I am beyond satisfied with the result. The quality and clarity of the portrait is amazing, it's beautifully done!
