Just took a little longer than I had expected , but great quality .

Posters came crushed inside of the shipping box. Also, it looks like the creator made a photoshop error or didn't properly instruct the AI they were using because my dog has a random piece of fur on his neck in the portrait. It looks like an extra appendage or a cancer growth.

Outstanding customer service! I received my portrait of my dog and although it was beautiful, it seemed smaller than what was advertised. I contacted West & Willow and after I explained what I wasn’t happy about, they immediately updated my portrait and sent me a picture of it so I could review it. I approved it and received the new portrait. I absolutely love it!! Unfortunately, my dog passed away last year so this meant so much to me. I would give them more stars if I could!

They cut the pictures wierd ans dident show a preview before paying. Ending Up paying over 200$ for a shitty drame with horrible image placement.. you should show preview this is ridiculus.
