DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I waited 10 days after ordering for an update on my order and didn't hear a word until i reached out to them. When i decided to cancel the order because of the lack of information and delay they told me they could only refund me 10% of the order because it had already shipped. Their own tracking site said that it hadn't shipped yet so it's a BS reason not to refund me the full value. I am extremely unhappy with this company and do not recommend anyone orders from them!
Response from Weloveplugs· Jan 26, 2026
We apologize for failing you on communication and for the confusion regarding your refund. This isn't the experience we want any customer to have, and we take full responsibility. Please send your order number so we can personally review what happened and find a resolution that's fair to you.
