I ordered my order in January and it’s April 11, I have sent emails and called. Nobody has gotten back with me and I am very upset. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from here. The products are quality and good but I spent $130 and anxiously waiting!!

We hear you, and we are deeply sorry. The fact that you've trusted us twice and chosen to return speaks volumes, and we've let you down at a critical moment. We will immediatelt contact our customer service team to make things right

I ordered a product almost two months ago. For the last two weeks, it's been sitting in LA after clearing customs. I will never order from these people again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this delay has caused. We can see your order ID and we will do further investigation to fix this
