Shafaq is really really awesome teacher, fitness sessions with her it's more than our expectations. Truly amazing. She is very sharp, so quick,her energy is just wow , investing our time with Shafaq it's truly beneficial.

Shafaq is an incredible fitness instructor — truly one of a kind! Her energy, motivation, and positive attitude make every workout session something to look forward to. She not only pushes you to do your best but also makes sure you’re doing each movement correctly and safely. What I love most is how she tailors her workouts to all fitness levels and keeps the sessions fun, challenging, and full of variety.
