Everything I’ve ordered has arrived…
Everything I’ve ordered has arrived quite quickly. I like that you can order just 1 or 2 of lots of masks, because finding a size/model that fits well can be a challenge. This company does good stuff.

Date was pushed back numerous days than…
Date was pushed back numerous days than it was supposed to be delivered. Support was no help and said I should have paid more for shipping. If you buy just know you won’t receive them when promised.

Dear Salvatore. Thank you for your honest comments. I'm sorry to hear you had these issues with the deliveries and felt our team didn't help as expected. If you allow me to clarify, we do our best to ship out our products within the next 24 hours the order is processed so it can be handled to the courier as fast as possible, and from there it should take from 7-10 business days to arrive at destination. However, due to the holidays, these dates may suffer some delays. We've been frustrated as well, as logistics have been affected and the volume of packages is in constant increase, some shipments could present delays thereof. I hope this information had helped, and in any case, I personally reached out internally explaining a bit more. Hope this helps. Have a nice day and stay safe.

Your mask needs improvement the metal…
Your mask needs improvement the metal on the inside has scratched my face on several occasions and the metal on the nose bridge is not even and hard to adjust to the face. The strap has broken on me while applying the mask. This may not be the problem for everyone, but this is my concern, other than that I love the color and shape of th the mask. Thank you!
