Items never arrived
Items never arrived, waiting over 2-4 weeks for delivery but still noting. Had to contact costumer support multiples time to get a refund. Would never order from this place again!

Hi KT, I'm sorry to hear you had these issues with your order. If I'm honest, due to the large volume of packages the couriers had to manage during the holidays, plus the pandemic, I'm afraid they suffered big delays on their delivery times (even, I've checked your order and it may potentially arrive according to them), and that's something we can't control, but even with that, we did our best to help out during this process and gave you a refund. However, I do see your frustration with the back-and-forth with my team on email to reach to a solution, and for that I want to apologize for the troubles. By any means our team is looking to extend our customers' waiting times with no reason. That said, rest assured we will be working on providing a much faster service. Once again, we wish you the best of lucks, and if you have more feedbacks, do not hesitate to reach out. I'll be happy to read them. Stay safe.

The Best KN95 Masks I've found
My wife and I both love the fit and coverage of these masks. We have tried others but they don't fit as well as these 3D masks do. We feel fully protected and there is no leakage to fog our glasses.
