The size and materials of the kn94 masks has been changing frequently and without any notice. This affects the fit of the mask which is now too big and I have three packs of them. I am ver disappointed
Response from WellBefore· Sep 5, 2023
Hi Gladys, we're sorry to know this had happened with your latest order, so please let us clarify a bit. Our products are constantly made of the same materials, and with that we mean they are not changed in this matter, so we do not affect their efficiency, and safety for the user. However, we do make updates in the design to make them more comfortable for our customers based on the reviews we receive, like yours, but size is something we try to keep the same always, to avoid these problems, so please apologize us if the last order arrived in a different size. Finally, we would like to know a bit more about your issue, so please wait for an internal email so we can discuss this further. Thanks in advance for your kind reply, and please stay tuned.

I like the way wellbefore alerts me with an email several days prior to the next order. This allows me to take stock of my supplies and see if the order needs to be changed.

I have buying gloves with WellBefore.com for my employees since the pandemic. While other companies increased their prices way to much, their prices have been fair. We received our orders fast. I'm really satisfied with my purchase.

I have a auto ship on the kn95 mask. Always on time, never a problem and the mask is great when I need them. Had sent an email to customer service and received a response with 15 minutes. Always great service.
