When my package was stolen from USPS, you not only rushed to replace it, but you were willing to send it on to another address so that I would have my masks in time for a trip to Europe. Thank you for such consideration. (and they did make it in time, and we both wore them, and loved them).

I have been buying masks from WellBefore since the early pandemic days. I like the ease of ordering different sizes and colors for our household in one place, and the quality and fit of the KN95 masks are exactly what we need.

The masks I’ve purchased are well made. I like that they are adjustable for a tight fit and they are well priced. The company is reliable.

The product comes on time

The fact that I could buy a small size KN95 mask is what made me order from you. It's a kids' mask, but they were actually for my very petite, adult daughter. She plans to use them for air travel over the winter. Great find.

I made an error in entering the mailing address that I didn't notice until after the payment was processed. It was after business hours and I contacted them via chat with little hope of resolving the issue. Much to my surprise, a customer service agent responded and within minutes, the error was corrected. Now that's great customer service!!
