My NIOSH approved WellBefore masks fit well, are comfortable
WellBefore is consistently quick in delivery, and I trust the 3D (KF94 style) KN95 masks with adjustable ear loops I've been buying, as they are NIOSH approved and fit well. They're also comfortable, and as an added plus, I can buy them in several different colours. Price is good, too. Well worth buying.

Terrible customer service, possible scam
They shipped the wrong tests, sent the cheaper covid only tests when I had ordered and paid for the combined flu/covid tests. Refused to resolve it or refund me. The whole site feels pretty scammy, now I’m worried about whether the masks are even effective if this is how they do business.

These masks are excellent
These masks are excellent! They are comfortable as well as protective. I like how they are individually wrapped which makes them easy to take with you anywhere you go.

Larger ear loops than before
I've ordered the same masks (regular size, standard ear loops) in the past and they fit well. The ones I just received, the ear loops are way too large. The masks won't protect well if they don't provide a tight seal. Not sure why they're different this time. Update: WellBefore has reached out to me multiple times to make things right. They offered to replace the too-loose masks with the adjustable type, but I just bought rubber mask adjusters on Amazon instead. They were very kind in their correspondence and I appreciate their help.

Great product and service!
The N 95 masks are wrapped individually for convenience when traveling.They're very high quality and give a great sense of security when wearing. Customer service is always very efficient.

Excellent product and excellent service. Lighting speed response to my request and made the changes simply and directly. I could not be happier with the r service and of course the masks! The denim color is Devine!
