Been 3 weeks haven't gotten a proof of our ad. Call the agent and get the run around.

Benefit to my business in Southern Oregon was non existent. Sales person /local representative tried but anything else than Welcome Wagon would be better if you want to market your business. Very expensive.

After signing up with welcome wagon since 2018 of December i have not received any customers from the advertisement that they suppously deliver. I am very upset about the fact that they want to charge me $1200 for the months I have been with them and have not received not even one call. Please avoid doing business with this company because you will regret it just like i did. I never had such a horrible experience with advertising company until I was introduced to welcome wagon. I request a solution to the problem I am facing with the pending balance I have. I request that my contract ends which is what I wanted since the beginning and was told that it was to late to cancel.

Small ROI As a manager I signed up my clinic and left the practice. I was notified that I had signed and was accountable. Not the practice which I represented. As such, leaving the practice I am personally paying for a company's advertisement that I don't work with. This is asinine.

It is a unique way to get your name out but for a restaurant it is expensive marketing and we have not had much return on investment.
