Customer service has stepped up and been helpful. Manuel was the best! He gets the job done. I will still say Manuel is great! HOWEVER Since August 13th I have been trying to get my product. I informed the customer support I was leaving for a month soon and needed it. They had me submit another $987? Which I did so I would be sure to get it before I leave. Yesterday from the doctor I received another stall tactic. I had already submitted 3 photos requested. Again they were delaying my shipment for same request. I read the reviews with low ratings and realized they were doing same thing to me. I have requested FULL refund. They will charge me $99 for consultation. I disputed the second charge with cc company and am accepting the $99 charge on first payment. I am DONE with them and I am out $99.00!

The medicine is working, after 3 months I needed to up my dose because I was at a stand still on my weight. But so far I have lost 30 pounds and cant wait to get to my target goal. I am trying to resolve an issue with paying the higher dose for 3 bottles and only received 1 higher dose bottle, working on a refund on that, once that gets dissolved ill be happy and very much willing to keep up my weight loss goal

The compounded Tirzepatide is working well. Since I started it about a year ago (starting with another expensive provider) I have lost 85 lbs or 32% of my original weight. However, the payment is NOT as it had been represented to me when I first signed up. I signed up for a full year at a flat rate. Then, after the first 3-month supply came and I needed to order the second 3-month supply, there was an "additional charge" of $99 per month. That's almost $300 MORE just to get what I had already paid for. I felt I had to pay it, as WeightRx already was holding almost $1,000 of MY money. So it was either lose the remainder of that money, or pay MORE so I didn't lose what I'd already paid. I will NOT be renewing with WeightRx after this.
