Excellent customer service. Poor quality of food. 1st delivery was shipped thawed so got a replacement. 2nd shipment my dog wouldn't touch. My thoughts and beliefs are that if you have a quality food you wouldn't need tips or tricks to get your dog to eat it. I tried them all and even the hunger 1 didn't work, she didn't touch any of her food with we feed raw products in it for 3 meals. I couldn't continue to let her starve as she wanted to eat, so after the 3rd meal with the nose turn up I stopped trying to give it to her. I even had it cut down to 1 Oz servings not the recommended 2 Oz mixed with her normal food with a topping, chicken or beef broth and other brand raw that we have been adding to her food. Don't trust the website and do more research before beginning this service as you can't leave a bad review on their website and they don't like you telling them in a text, email, or social media that your dog doesn't like their food. Hope this helps anyone out

So far so good and they always check in every so often to see how things are going I tried doing my own raw diet and it’s not fun getting all that meat and organs and bone blending it and bagging some for later is just a lot and time consuming when you have 2 kids and a dog to train and just all the stuff this was a good investment just wish it was a little cheaper

It is wonderful and amazing my doberman pup absolute goes crazy for it he loves it! I am definitely staying subscribed and try the other meats as well! Definitely recommend to others.

My dog appears to love his food. I am adding it to his kibble as a topper. So far I’ve only gotten beef. He’s now on his second bag. I hope he continues to like it. I would like to order a different type next time to give a little variety. I hope that’s an option.

We have two senior border collies, 11 and 12. One has a history of bladder stones and the other one has arthritis in almost all his joints in his leg. They both love this food. The 12-year-old has the shiniest coat, finally lost a significant amount of stubborn weight that she couldn’t lose on kibble, and is so much more active. Lastly, the 11-year-old on we feed raw helps his arthritis significantly. When we started the transition from kibble to we feed raw, he would limp around, but no longer! I know this food is expensive, but it’s well worth the investment for the long term. No more expensive vet bills!

I have a Pug who's a picky eater and has severe allergies. We are still using the trial box, but she runs full tilt to her bowl now and absolutely loves her food. I am impressed with the packaging and shipping process. So far so good.

My Boo Boo Bear went right for it with no hesitation. I haven't seen any stomach upset issues. He takes his supplements in his food without issues also. The packages are pretty nice. I have to cut them open with scissors. There seems to be no place to pull back the plastic. It is easy to store. I just got a couple more rescue dogs. I may have to buy this by the bulk

Our German Pinscher that just became part of our family 1 week ago had zero issues (stomach disturbances or palatability) and always eats this food first of the 2 different foods that we provide (this Raw + a Raw food based kibble). The quality is human food grade quality, I feel like I could make some burger patties out of this food and it would be great, ha.
