I haven't received the product yet, but the pre-sales service has been excellent so far. I received prompt and helpful responses to all my inquiries, which gave me the confidence to place an order. I am currently waiting for the shipment. I will, of course, update this review based on whether the product arrives on time and meets the promised quality. update 1: nope. they are not even close to follow what they indicate on their website. 3 to 5 business days they say but it is already 5 working days and the parcel even didn't move yet.

Poor product, poor software. Device randomly disappears from connection. When it does engrave, poor details on the engraving. I should have bought an XTool instead

Issues with the Lumos arriving complete were quite cumbersome, with a process that required back and forth. Additionally, there are several issues with the software, including difficulty in finding the correct version. You need to make this much more user-friendly.

The Vision Pro performed excellently when it was working—the machine itself is impressive, and the software is intuitive and easy to use. Unfortunately, the support experience has been very disappointing. After only two weeks of use, my unit failed completely. Support hours are limited (09:00–18:00 EST), but when I was able to connect with an agent, they were courteous and diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard. A replacement was shipped to me with the expectation that I would install it. While I have a background in technology service, the process was far more complex than expected, involving roughly 20 connectors—all glued in place, including a delicate Wi-Fi antenna. Even with my experience, the replacement took three hours, and I believe the average customer would find this extremely difficult. Unfortunately, the replacement did not resolve the issue. The machine remained nonfunctional and stuck in a raised position. This time support said, after persuasion from me, they would replace the machine. The hoops they put me through with pictures and emails was ridiculous. It took me 2 hours! I know it’s an expensive machine but there must be an easier way to confirm I’m sending it back. In summary, the Vision Pro itself is a five-star product, but the level of after-sales support significantly diminishes the overall experience. For that reason, I can only give it two stars.

After three weeks of ownership it's broken. I open a ticket and understand their some part being sent to my house. However after 4 days I have no tracking. Basically I have a new but broken unit and no ideal when I will have the parts to fix it.

I went on there site to purchase the colored wood, prices showed $59.99, membership price $41.99. I emailed them about this and was told the price is 59.99 on sale. They false advertise and don't care what you think. I have one of there machines, but will never buy supplies from them. Xtool is cheaper and they ship from California. Research before you buy wecreat crap.
