I have used Web Eye Care for quit some time. They are so hit and miss, but here lately miss. You can not talk to anyone, and they NEVER reply to your emails or messages. It's so bad I order way in advance because I'm worried they wont make it.. So after this order is resolved..... I'm done with them !!

Worst customer service ever! My order was placed on Nov 21. Website has been saying since Nov 22 “order processed” which according to site means ready for shipping. I have called, emailed, and txt. Never receive a return call as always promised!! Always given the run around each time I inquire about my order status!! As of today still no one can give me details as to when my order may be shipped.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We apologize for confusion. If the order was for Contact Lenses that would be accurate. However, as your order is for Prescription EyeGlasses the status means the order is with our Lab for the production of your lenses. We apologize if you were not aware that the production of prescription eye-wear takes longer than contact lenses to be shipped. Thank you!

I placed an order on Nov 21 and when I track it, says ready to ship. All these reviews say fast shipping but I'm not sure where mine are. :( So I emailed the company Dec 5 and was told that the issue was that the provider didnt verify prescription. when I looked order up it stated it was ready to ship (which according to the site meant the prescription was verified and ready to ship). I had even uploaded the prescription. On Dec 5 I was told my preacriotion would be sent out that day by Ryan and upgraded shipping. I received am email today stating it was just sent out and should be here Thursday. I am very frustrated to say the least. sigh...... update: So its Thursday now and surprise no delivery. Dec 12th and still no contacts.

Worst experience ever. I had to call them to verify order, they would not call me. They kept telling me the order was being processed. Then they said they do not have the prescription after they shipped me my first box of contacts. I was told I would receive calls back never heard anything. i would not order from them if they were free. Worst experience ever when it comes to customer service
