Very informative and helpful website and customer service. The many selections of eyeglasses and contacts are also great reason to purchase from Web Eye Care.

Ordering was easy, price was great and I went with this company because of the auto ship feature as these are for my daughter who is away at college so she doesn't have to tell me when she needs them again

We received notification that our order shipped. When we received it we only got part of our order and they still can't tell me when I'll receive the rest of my order. Pretty frustrating that we can't use the contacts we ordered because we only received them for 1 eye. Which we would have been told they were shipping separate, cause I wouldn't have ordered.

Hello. We apologize that your order seems to have been split shipped. If you could provide your order number to us, we can look into the issue further. Thank you.
