Seemless transaction! Had my contacts in less than a week. Super happy with them and the reasonable pricing compared to other sites.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. They don't have competitive pricing after you add their fees and the aggravation of wondering where your prescription order is. Plus, you may wind up with ups and their "delivery exception" which means your oder is lost in space. Webeyecare is a farce that you would be better off avoiding

Hello. We do apologize for your less than ideal experience. Generally, once a package is with a carrier, we are limited with the actions that can be taken. It does look like you've corresponded with a customer service team member regarding this order and we are working on getting the package recalled so we can refund you. Further communication should be sent via email to [email protected]. Thank you.

91124026# Paid 95$ for 3 boxes and only 1 set in each box? I was under the impression that at minimum is at least 6 pair in a box.

Hello. It looks like your order was placed for a 2 pack which will only have 2 lenses per box. If you use the same lens in each eye, then 1 box will have 1 set of lenses.

They will show fake pricing information to appear competitve in search results, but they will not honor the pricing when you order. When I ordered from them I initially was going to buy several boxes, but when checking out they added huge fees that basically double the price of the contacts. I reduced the quanitiy to one box and the fees went away, so I ordered. Several days later they emailed me saying the pricing was not valid and my order was canceled. They are extremely dishonest and I would avoid them at all costs.

I bought my lenses on web eyecare in late February I received my order in the end of March. I have hard to get prescriptions they didn't have on the other lens sites. It did take same time but I received them by the time they had told me. I was very satisfied with them.

Update: In response to WebEyeCare: Just because everyone is doing it, doesn't mean you have to do it too. You do have lower prices than other retailers, but advertise the real price without the high hidden fees (and then you try to not call them hidden fees when they are). Your customers are not as stupid as you think they are. ___________________________________________ WebEyeCare does have better deals than other contact lens site when you do a comparison. But they grab you in with a really low Online Promotion rate of $11.95. Then when you check out you're charged a $70 processing fee. The fee varies based on how many boxes you ordered. So if you order 4 boxes at $11.95, they will charge you a $47.80 "Processing Fee" with some fake schpeal about how their competitors hide their fees. Well, they hide it until checkout. However, in my case when I did a cost comparison per box, it came out to $23 per box (instead of the $11.95, I thought I was getting), but was still cheaper than their competitors. So you still get a better deal but they scam you on the promo to lure you in. Their customers know what they are up to, they should give us more credit instead of pissing us off and giving us an icky feeling at check out.

Thank you for contacting WebEyeCare. On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separate from any handling or processing fees. We do advise of potential processing fees in our terms and conditions. Whether we have a higher per box price and no handling or a lower box price and processing, our total price is the best. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thank you!
