Responsive, listened, easy process! It’s real!

Fast but no interaction.

This online service is really a great thing. Very efficient process to get to the short consultation with a live doctor. Totally beats the prospect of slogging my way to an urgent care center for the 3 minute meeting with an MD who is simply going to confirm what you already know about your routine condition. I would have given my recent experience a 5-star rating, except that the MD that did call me was quite difficult to communicate with. First - the telephone connection was marginal. Second - this was compounded by the doctor's heavy accent. Not to speak badly of non-native English speakers, but the conversation was very difficult for me to navigate. In the final analysis - I will not hesitate to use MDProactive again in the future.

Fantastic! Was leaving for a trip and could not get in to see my doctor of which I had just seen a week before for general stuff. Anyhow the Doc called me back in a few hours, told him what was going on and sent a scrip to my pharmacy. The Doctor asked a few questions during the call and it lasted a couple minutes. I would use this service again if I had to. I really appreciate this being available instead of going to ER or other which is a total ripoff and not needed if it wasn't a real oh you cut your finger off emergency.
