Very helpful and convenient. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because it was a little difficult to understand the doctor with his foreign accent.

Unacceptable, unprofessional, rude! Some man with a thick Indian accent called with a Cambodia caller ID, hung up saying go somewhere else when asked how the site said it will not charge till consultation is complete, but my card was charged before anyone ever called me. NowI have to wait for the charge to be credited back for god knows how long for not getting any service except a rude jerk on the phone that needs to learn how to talk to people properly. Don’t waste your time & money here!

When my son came upstairs this morning he quite obviously had developed pinkeye. My first thought was, “Well, we’d better get to urgent care as soon as it opens or we will be there all morning!” A friend recommended the site, and within 30 minutes, we were registered, the doctor called, and the prescriptions were sent in. Quick, easy, and reliable. Will definitely use again for things that are a quick and easy diagnosis.
