So easy. I knew I needed an antibiotic. Called within the hour, I answered a few simple questions and the Dr. called it into my pharmacy. I was happy to pay $40 to not have to spend the time and money at a clinic for something I already knew I had and what I needed for it. I will definitely use this service in the future if needed!

Quick easy and very concise. Got a call back withing 15 mins (way shorter time then expected.) the Doctor was Kind and listened to how I was feeling. Was able to have Rx picked up for me withing 2 hours. Thankyou for your clarity and recommendations.

Quick, convenient, and now I'm on my way to feeling better. They saved me $80 ($120 at urgent care) and hours in the waiting room.

This was about the level of service I receive from Indian call centers. I took the time to submit pictures and write out my symptoms, and his questions revealed that he did not spend a single second reviewing any of my information. He seemed generally disinterested. He claimed to send in a prescription; my pharmacy never received it. This might be a scam Update: after posting this review they finally called in the prescription, only to cancel it minutes later and call me to tell me I'm racist. It's always easier to vilify a wronged customer than it is to improve on your flaws. Please, just do your job next time
