Was great didnt have to wait in a waiting room full of sick people. Got my antibiotics that I needed for my ear infection really fast after talking to a doctor on the phone.

I had been fighting off a bad cold for about 4 days, it got to the point where it was unbearable so I decided it was finally time to go to the doctor’s office. Unfortunately, my doctor could not see me for 2 weeks, so I decided to try out MDproactive. The process was very quick, I created a new user profile, submitted the information regarding my illness and was contacted within 35 mins. The doctor was very friendly and explained what he thought was wrong and what he was prescribing me for it. I had my prescriptions within an hour after our phone call and was feeling about 50% better by bedtime. While i will admit that this service is not quite as thourough as a vistit to you doctor, it’s definitely quicker and a great alternative when you can’t see your doctor or have no insurance. I would recommend using this service for any non-emergency situation that you think can be easily cured with an antibiotic.

Needed a prescription and got one right away, with out oaying extra money and feed at the doctors office. No office waitng either.

It was fairly simple to set up. Confirmation that everything was in order, in order to receive your call from the dr was a bit vague. Doctors aren’t, at least at this point, Medicaid approved, so prescribed medicines aren’t covered. But if you can pay out of pocket and use good rx coupons, not too expensive. Took a bit over an hour to get a callback. Dr thoroughly questioned in regards to our issue. In our case , it was something we have dealt with before. Really just needed our rescue inhaler refilled til we can see our regular dr.
