Dr Garg called me within 20 minutes of submitting my request for an appointment. I was highly satisfied with our conversation, and his plan of treatment. Within 2 hours, my pharmacy notified me that my prescription was ready for pick up. I will use this site in the future, if necessary. I think Telemedicine is the future of healthcare.

Saved our family SO. MUCH. MONEY. and TIME. A mild illness didn't derail our finances or our schedules. It was Saturday (of course) and I had a straight forward issue. The doctor who called me listened attentively, asked follow up questions, and spent more time actually "treating" me than a sticks and bricks doctor normally does. My prescription was sent electronically to the pharmacy of my choice (closest to my house). I was able to pick it up on the way home from work. ON A WEEKEND! I didn't have to miss work to attend an appointment. I didn't have to sit around for almost an hour in a waiting room full of other sick people, potentially contracting another more serious illness. I didn't have to pay gobs of money to go to "immediate care" on a weekend. I was able to keep working. My family's schedule wasn't completely disrupted, and I was able to pick my children up on time. I should have made to switch to telemedicine a long time ago. It's life changing. To be able to access a doctor without paying a huge office visit fee (our annual deductible is 11k), and to receive more thoughtful care in much less time is wonderful!
