Dr. Pham was awesome! I worked with physicians for 10+ years... he expressed better bedside manner through a phone call than they did in face to face visits with patients! It only took about 15 minutes to receive the call, my issue was handled very appropriately. He understood my medication allergy history and sent in the appropriate medicine. No driving to an office and waiting while having to wear a mask! As a self pay patient this was sooooo much cheaper than an office visit! Now if only my pharmacy will cooperate! :)

When the pharmacy said they were out of a drug, they tried to contact the doctor for a substitute. When the doctor did not get back to the pharmacy I contacted Webdoctors via the email address given. The doctor finally got back to me by the end of the day. You need a better system when a glitch like this happens.
