The doctor on call was very kind and patient and took the time to diagnose my symptoms and advise accordingly.

It’s was great no hassle at all.

Made an appointment and the doctor called me within 20 minutes. He was so thorough asking questions, told me he was concerned about one of my symptoms and if it wasn't better after 24 hours of starting an antibiotic, he wanted me to get checked out. My prescription was sent over immediately and my husband went to pick it up right away! Very very convenient and so nice I didn't have to wait at the ER or some walk in clinic for hours on a Saturday!

The doctor called me minutes after I filled out the info. He listened to my problem, asked pertinent questions and emailed 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. The whole experience (cat bite, swelling, pain, redness) was handled professionally and so easy. I really appreciate WebDoctors helping me in such an expedient manner!

Physician called very quickly and promptly handled the issue. We were able to pick up a prescription just 15 minutes later. Just remarkable quick care!!!

Update - The dr actually called me back on a holiday weekend and got it all straightened out, so I was able to get my prescription on a Sunday. I paid $150 to get my prescription refilled before I ran out, and the prescription was sent without proper instructions so it was not filled. I am now without my medication and no one has responded to my email. Very disappointed.

Very helpful and was understanding. Would recommend them to anyone who can't get in quickly to see a doctor.
