Physician called within the time specified, was easy to understand, engaged in a good discussion about my symptoms and listened respectfully to what I believed to be the issue. Asked about allergies to medications before prescribing. Very good experience.

We were on vacation in New York City and my daughter developed a horrible cough with fever that wasn’t responding to Tylenol/ibuprofen.
