Seeing a doctor was easy and fast! Such a better option than going to urgent care!

It was quick and easy. I very much appreciated that.

They had a very quick response time and got my prescription ordered quickly. I was feeling really sick and was not up for going anywhere, so this was a great option. (And who knows how long I would have had to wait to get an appointment.) I am 52 years old and know when I am sick enough to need more than just rest at home. I would definitely recommend this service. With my current insurance, it was cheaper than going into the doctor's office. The only issue was that there was an error with the way the doctor order my prescription, and after a few phone calls the only way to get it resolved was for the pharmacy to call the doctor office directly. The pharmacy had sent a fax, but they do not respond to those.

Dr. Pham was wonderful! He responded right away and had the antibiotic ordered with the pharmacy within 5 minutes of our call ending. This is a wonderful way to get treatment without the hassle of driving to urgent care when it's not necessary. Highly recommend!

Easy and convenient help. Much better than sitting in a waiting room at Urgent Care with other sick people for hours.
