Way to long
You created the label but didn’t give the item to the post office for 5 or 6 days. I paid for 2 day shipping. I sent an email and the responder asked me what I was talking about. That was the response. Of course he said it was the post office that needed to update the status but that’s incorrect. I work for the USPS and if we had the item it would say so. USPS got the item in 5/5/21 when it finally started to move. We have internal info. Not a happy customer.

This is completely FALSE. As explained to you before, we ship 100s of packages at one time every day and we have no control over how USPS processes orders once they are given to them. In many cases, USPS does not scan the package until several days after receiving the order and once it has moved through several locations. Again, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW USPS PROCESSES THEIR PACKAGES AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING! This was all stated in the terms and conditions which YOU had to read and agree to (obviously you did not) BEFORE ordering. Why would we wait 5-6 days to hold your order specifically when we take packages to USPS every day? Of course if you contact USPS and the package has never been initially scanned in, there is not going to be any history of the package being scanned in.
