Ordered Lenten roses and a coral bell. Both arrived looking sickly. Called about coral bell and was told to give it a couple of weeks. It didn’t improve. Lenten roses may survive the winter but they look puny. Everything else planted in the new garden is doing well and none of it came from Wayside Gardens.

I am amazed with how the tiny plants grow into amazing mature plants. Way better than from a garden center. Great way to get hard to find items. Don't hesitate to use this great mail order option.

I ordered 8 plants. 7 survived. I emailed to ask about ordering another one to replace the one that didn’t make it. Never got an answer to my email. Fortunately, I was able to get one of the same variety at my local garden center. I should have gone there in the first place.

Overall they have a nice selection of plants that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere. Prices are high though, and I have not had great luck with many of the ones I purchased, as they often do not survive the winter season, despite being perennials that are supposed to be hardy in our area.

I have ordered from Wayside Gardens for many years. Never had any problems with condition of plants or shipping. I will continue to use them as long as I am able to garden.
